The ORGANIC alcohol of plant origin that we use in our hair serum, as well as being a highly effective preservative, has many properties: as a solvent, it helps to dissolve other substances, as an astringent, it helps to tighten the skin's pores, and as an anti-microbial, it works against the development of microbes. It is very useful for promoting the penetration of active ingredients and a fresh, dry feel.

We use alcohol with aloe vera and moisturising active ingredients to counterbalance the potentially drying effects of alcohol.

Alcohol Denat is simply alcohol that has been rendered unfit for consumption (that cannot be ingested).
