L’huile de graines de tournesol est extraite des graines de la plante de tournesol (Helianthus annuus), une fleur originaire d’Amérique du Nord et cultivée dans le monde entier. Riche en acides gras essentiels, en vitamine E et en antioxydants, l’huile de graines de tournesol est très prisée pour ses propriétés hydratantes, nourrissantes et protectrices. Grâce à sa texture légère et non grasse, elle est largement utilisée en cosmétique pour hydrater la peau, réparer les cheveux et protéger la barrière cutanée.

Sunflower seed oil is essentially made up of linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid from the omega 6 family that contributes to optimal skin hydration, as well as vitamin E, an antioxidant.

In our skincare products, it is used as a natural antioxidant, thanks to its vitamin E content, which helps protect against oxidation and rancidity. This extends the life of our oil!

In MY Essentiels sérénité, sunflower oil acts as a binder, helping the different forms of magnesium and the ingredients to adhere to each other, thus facilitating the formation and cohesion of the tablets.
