How to use oleuropein
In topical use, titrated oleuropein extracts are incorporated into serums, anti-aging creams, soothing treatments, and sun protection formulas at concentrations generally between 0.1% and 2%, depending on the oleuropein content of the extract.
It is applied morning and/or evening on clean skin, and ideally combined with vitamin C to potentiate antioxidant action, or with moisturizing active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid for a complete plumping effect.
In oral supplementation, olive leaf extracts titrated in oleuropein are used at doses of 500 to 1,000 mg per day, preferably with meals to optimize absorption.
