Preferably 3 tablets a day. 2 in the morning (away from caffeine if possible) and 1 in the evening, for 30 days. Or 2 in the evening, if your priority is to improve your sleep.

Recommended for 2 or 3 months. Then take a break and start again if you feel the need.

Take at least 1 hour before your tea.

You can chew the tablet or cut it in half to swallow.

No, it is one of the only contraindications with children who are too young because the active ingredients target the same receptors in part.

After how long can [MY] Essentiels Sérénité act on my libido?

After two weeks, the first effects on mood, serenity and libido should be felt.

Why would combining different forms of magnesium be more effective?

Most women are deficient in magnesium. However, the forms of magnesium all have their advantages and disadvantages: we have chosen the three most bioavailable and complementary forms of magnesium to avoid unwanted effects such as the laxative side while allowing magnesium to be taken over time.

How do you apply intimate gel? Should we put it inside the vagina or just on the outside?
