Shake before use. Spray 1st mist onto inside of wrist to prime pump.

Spray about 10 cm from the vulva and pelvic area when needed. Do not rinse.

Repeat as needed, or as a preventive daily spray for women suffering from recurrent discomfort.

Can also be applied as a refresher after sport or perspiration.

Suitable for pregnant women.

[MY] ESSENTIAL INTIMATE AND INTESTINAL FLORA

Thanks to our gastro-resistant capsules, you can take 2 a day with a large glass of water, whenever you like, even during a meal.

One box represents 30 days’ intake.

One month’s use is sufficient for optimum results. Then pause for a few weeks to see how long the effects last, and resume when you feel the need.

Start with 1 month (or 3 months if you’re on antibiotic treatment, during and after) and continue as a maintenance dose 3 times a week (2x 3 capsules a week).

Suitable for pregnant women. Not recommended for children under 10.

Where exactly is the intimate mist applied?

You can spray the intimate mist on the vulva or pelvic region when you feel the need to refresh and soothe the intimate area. First, rinse the vulva with water then apply the intimate mist after the shower to the dried area. Do not rinse.

When to apply the mist?

The mist is ideal as a replacement for wipes, after sports or after sweating.

It is applied as soon as the need arises or for daily use as prevention for women suffering from repeated inconveniences (dryness, intimate discomfort, postpartum).

Can mist and intimate gel soothe mycoses?

Mycoses can be the consequence of unbalanced vaginal flora and/or established intimate dryness. However, our mist and our gel will act on the hydration of the mucous membrane, but also on the balance of pH and vaginal flora thanks to adapted active ingredients (pre and probiotics). On the other hand, the products will have difficulty acting on an already established mycosis, other than providing some relief.

How do you apply intimate gel? Should we put it inside the vagina or just on the outside?

Our gel is applied when the need arises. Apply a small amount with your fingertip. Indeed, you can apply it inside and out, because our gel can also be used as a lubricating gel.
