Why do my adult imperfections resist all the treatments I have tried so far?

Because most anti-blemish treatments are formulated for adolescent acne, acne linked to excess overall sebum and oily skin. How is succinic acid better than salicylic acid for sensitive, blemished skin?

Salicylic acid is effective but it acts against the skin microbiome, it cleanses by eliminating what irritates and weakens sensitive skin over time. Succinic acid is a new generation of active ingredient that works in the direction of the microbiome: it rebalances its composition rather than destroying it, which makes it both gentler and smarter for reactive skin.
