Shake bottle before use. Take 2 half-pipettes or the equivalent of one teaspoon (1.2mL/day) daily for 1 month.

One bottle represents one month's intake. We recommend 3 months' use for optimum results on hair density.

Avoid taking it with other food supplements containing Astaxanthin esters.

Is taking Skin and Hair Essentials compatible with anticoagulant treatment?

No, this food supplement is not recommended for people taking anticoagulant treatment. Indeed, the supplement contains Sea Buckthorn oil, high in vitamin K, a vitamin which participates in blood clotting.

How long does it take to feel the effects?

The effects can be felt after a few weeks for the skin and a few months for the hair (duration of the hair cycle).

I have very fine hair that has difficulty growing. Can this serum suit me?

This serum has been specially designed for women who have fine hair.
