Clary sage is renowned for its various properties, offering anti-seborrhoea action meaning it helps to control sebum production and astringent action meaning it helps to tighten the skin's pores. It is also considered an excellent skin care agent, keeping the skin in good condition, and a soothing and moisturising agent for improved skin comfort.

In our oxygenating SOS mist, the clary sage extract we've selected has been patented for its "flash hydration" effect.

While sage can be considered a phytohormone when ingested, this is not the case when applied topically.
