Breakfast is much more than just a meal: it's a key moment of the day that influences energy, concentration, mood, appetite regulation, metabolism, and stress management throughout the day. Yet, many people reflexively start it with a coffee, hot chocolate, or tea, thinking they're doing the right thing...

[MY] Matcha Latte Essential Metabolism Activator has been specially developed to offer a gentler and better tolerated alternative to coffee, to support active women or those subject to hormonal and metabolic variations (cortisol peaks, food cravings, fatigue, nervousness).

This delicious matcha latte, dosed with active ingredients recognized by numerous studies and acting in synergy, acts from breakfast on 3 key root causes of hormonal and metabolic imbalances :

  • Helps boost metabolism and promote better metabolism of sugars and fats.
  • Helps fight oxidative stress and supports cortisol management (physical and emotional comfort)
  • Helps maintain stable alertness, improved concentration and sustained energy throughout the day.

Coffee can sometimes do more harm than good, especially for women already prone to hormonal imbalances, such as PCOS or endometriosis. This is especially true if consumed within an hour of waking up. To understand these fundamental differences between coffee and matcha, check out our full article: What are the differences between coffee and matcha?

This matcha latte with its milky, round and delicious notes is based on a synergy of targeted natural active ingredients to boost the metabolism in the morning, while promoting a gradual diffusion of caffeine (6 hours instead of 2 hours for coffee) thanks to the L-Theanine contained in matcha.

To complement this effect on the proper metabolization of sugars and fats, our formula incorporates L-carnitine , which facilitates the use of fats as an energy source, and MCT coconut oil powder , a source of medium-chain fatty acids rapidly metabolized by the liver to produce immediate energy, without glycemic impact [4].

The formula has also been enriched with magnesium malate, a highly absorbable form that supports cellular energy, contributes to the reduction of fatigue, and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Unlike coffee or tea, which tend to deplete magnesium, our matcha latte is enriched with magnesium in addition to naturally containing it, to meet the needs of active women or those prone to chronic stress.

Finally, chromium contributes to the proper regulation of sugars.

We have combined matcha with 100% natural orange , cardamom and coconut powders with no added sugar.

AT THE HEART OF OUR FORMULA:

1. Glycemic regulation & energy

An exceptional matcha duo: premium ceremonial and culinary, carefully selected for its richness in antioxidants, metabolic efficiency, and sensory balance. Both are naturally concentrated in EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), a catechin known to promote fat breakdown.

From 6%, EGCG becomes particularly active on the metabolic, glycemic and antioxidant levels. A meta-analysis has also demonstrated that regular consumption of green tea rich in EGCG was associated with a significant reduction in fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), two key markers of glycemic balance [6].

Our BotaniCERT certified dosages:

  • Culinary Matcha: 6.59% EGCG
  • Ceremonial Matcha: 6.43% EGCG

But what also differentiates our two grades of matcha is their complementary profile in L-theanine, an amino acid which acts on nervous and glycemic balance:

  • Ceremonial Matcha: 1004 mg/100 g
  • Culinary Matcha: 594 mg/100 g

  • MCT Coconut Powder : Provides a natural milky note while providing MCT fatty acids, which promote rapid energy and metabolism [4].

2) Hormonal and metabolic regulation

  • Vitamin B6 : It helps regulate hormonal activity and reduce fatigue.
  • L-Carnitine : An amino acid naturally present in the body, traditionally used to support energy metabolism. Clinical studies have shown that it can promote fat oxidation during exercise and contribute to better body composition, particularly in people who are overweight or suffering from chronic muscle fatigue [6], [7].
  • Magnesium malate : A highly bioavailable form of magnesium, traditionally used to support cellular energy and stress resistance. It contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, helps reduce fatigue, participates in the normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal bones. It often helps maintain good transit.
  • Chromium contributes to good glycemic regulation.
  • Matcha: Unlike coffee, which delivers a rapid but often brutal effect (nervous spikes, energy crash), matcha acts more gradually thanks to this natural synergy between caffeine and L-theanine, known to promote stable mental alertness, lasting clarity of mind, and active calm, without rebound effect.

Our selected fruit powders are 100% natural and have no added sugar*, adding a mild, slightly sweet flavor to our matcha while providing fiber and not increasing the glycemic index at all.

* sugars naturally present in fruit powders, but low GI.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Unlike coffee, matcha ( green tea leaf powder , grown in the shade for the ceremony) contains a unique combination of caffeine and L-Theanine, an amino acid known to modulate the effects of caffeine, reducing side effects (agitation, nervousness) while improving mental focus and clarity of mind [2].
This combination promotes more stable alertness and active calm, ideal for starting the day well, without creating dependency or cortisol spikes.

Our blend of premium ceremonial matcha and high-quality culinary matcha is naturally rich in antioxidants (catechins), magnesium , and has a high ORAC index, indicating a strong ability to fight oxidative stress [3]. This antioxidant power makes it a valuable ally in supporting a healthy metabolism, preventing cellular aging and promoting proper metabolism and fat burning.

HOW TO CONSUME IT?

Enjoy it mixed with hot water (ideally between 70 and 80°C, to preserve its active ingredients) or with (plant-based) milk for a creamier texture. It can also be used in cooking (smoothies, energy balls, pastries, etc.), taking care not to exceed 80°C during preparation to preserve all its properties.

QUESTIONS?

WE HAVE THE ANSWERS

More information in the Help Center .

Can we combine [MY] Essential Metabolism Activators and [MY] Matcha Latte Essential Metabolism Activator?

Yes, these two products complement each other perfectly. The powder works deeply on metabolic blockages (liver, blood sugar, muscle mass, hormonal balance), while matcha supports mental energy, focus, and sugar regulation first thing in the morning. They can therefore be integrated together into a daily routine.

Can we take it continuously?

Yes, absolutely. Our formula is designed for regular, well-tolerated use, with no rebound effect or habituation. Two to three months of use is recommended for in-depth action, with the option of taking a one- to two-week break between programs if needed.

What is the difference with a coffee?

Unlike coffee, which can cause jitters, sudden energy crashes, and promote the elimination of minerals like magnesium, matcha offers a gentler, longer-lasting boost. Thanks to its high L-theanine content, it promotes calm focus without the side effects of caffeine alone. Additionally, our formula is rich in magnesium, an essential mineral often depleted by excessive coffee consumption.

Who is this matcha for?

It was designed for everyone, especially women who want to replace coffee or other stimulant drinks, while supporting their metabolism, concentration, and energy. It is particularly indicated for cases of PCOS, perimenopause, endometriosis, or even recurring sugar cravings or chronic fatigue.

Is matcha organic?

Yes, our matcha is organic, with no additives or preservatives.

Is it compatible with a specific diet?

Yes, this matcha is naturally gluten-free, lactose-free, with no added sugars and 100% vegan.

Can I take this matcha while taking other supplements?

Yes, absolutely, it can be combined with your other nutritional supplements. However, it is advisable to space out the intake with supplements containing iron or zinc, as the tannins in tea can slightly limit their absorption. In case of medical treatment, always ask your healthcare professional for advice.
