How long does it take to feel the effects ?

You should feel the effect after just one week's use (one sachet a day), preferably 10 days before the onset of menstruation.

I drink herbal tea all day. How many tea bags can I take a day ?

A single sachet a day, the infusion is highly dosed. Take no more than one sachet a day, at a time when symptoms are felt.

Can I drink it cold? It still infuses and I get the same benefits from the herbs as if it were hot ?

Yes, of course, very cold in summer, it will be more thirst-quenching.

How long does the sachet last ?

Our concentrated infusion comes in 20 bags. It all depends on your use. Be careful not to drink more than one sachet a day, as the active ingredients are highly dosed and one sachet of our infusion is equivalent to 3 traditional sachets.
