Introducing the loyalty program :

Our loyalty program is open to everyone. From 10€ spent on miye.care, earn and accumulate points that you can transform into discounts on our e-shop. (10€ spent = 1 loyalty point / 10 loyalty points = 10€ discount)

How do I become a member of the loyalty program ?

All you need is a MiYé account on the miye.care website (log in or register here).

How do I earn points ?

Shop at MiYé and earn points for purchases of €10 or more, enabling you to take advantage of exclusive discounts on the entire MiYé range. You can also earn points by leaving a review or subscribing to our newsletter.

-> 10€ purchase = +1 loyalty point

-> Create a customer account = +5 loyalty points

-> Send a video testimonial to hello@miye.care = +5 loyalty points

-> Use per order : minimum of 10 points and maximum of 50 points per order.

(10 € purchase = 1 loyalty point / 10 loyalty points = 10 € discount)

-> Subscription renewals allow you to collect points automatically, but not to use them, as the order is placed automatically.

How do I use my points ?

Shop at MiYé. Then go to your shopping basket. Use your loyalty points (they are displayed directly in a banner at the top of the shopping cart page). Apply the discount and proceed to checkout. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were collected.

-> 10 loyalty points = €10 discount

Min. points to deduct = 10 points

Max. points to deduct = 50 points

Special loyalty operations with exclusive advantages may take place on the site, of which you will be informed by our newsletter.

Points are rounded down. Operations with exclusive advantages will be granted to members of the loyalty program.

SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

How does it work ?

Enable the people you wish to sponsor (no limit on the number) to benefit from a €15 discount voucher on their 1st order by sharing with them the sponsorship code (available in the customer account > Sponsorship) which they will have to enter in the dedicated field when they 1st register on the site.

In their customer area, Sponsorship section, they will then find their unique discount code to be used when ordering in the “promo code” field of the basket.

For every 1st confirmed order from one of your referrals, you’ll receive a €15 voucher by e-mail. To be used in the “promo code” field when purchasing on miye.care.

USING THE E-GIFT CARD

How do I give it as a gift?

Simply go to our online store, choose the amount of the e-gift card (from €30 to €120), and add the e-mail address to which you’d like to give the card. Then write your personalized message, and choose the delivery date.

How does it work?

At the time of purchase, the e-Gift Card code is sent directly by e-mail to the person of your choice. This person can then go to our e-shop and put together his or her basket.

Then simply add the product(s) to your basket, and enter the e-Gift Card code at checkout.

The e-gift card remains valid for 6 months after its creation.
