How long does it take to feel the effects?

You should feel the effect after a short week of use (at the rate of one sachet per day), preferably 10 days before the arrival of your period.

I drink herbal tea all day, how many sachets can I take per day?

Only one sachet per day, the infusion is very dosed. You should not take more than one sachet per day and at the time when symptoms are felt.

Can I drink it cold? It still infuses and I benefit from the same benefits of the plants as if it were hot?

Yes of course, very cold in summer, it will be more refreshing.

How long does the sachet last?

Our concentrated infusion comes in 20 sachets. It all depends on your usage. Be careful not to drink more than one sachet per day because the active ingredients contained are very dosed and one sachet of our infusion is equivalent to 3 traditional sachets.

What does Patented HTVE mean?

The HTVE patent, High Technology Vegetal Extract, makes it possible to concentrate in 1 single sachet the equivalent of the usual dosage in 3 sachets, with optimal bioavailability of the plants.

Are the infusion sachets biodegradable? Can I put them in my compost?
