How do you make a delicious watermelon sorbet with just a few ingredients?
An easy, healthy, vegan and gluten-free recipe. But did you know that watermelon, while excellent, is also rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and beta-carotene? Watermelon is the richest food in citrulline. Citrulline is an amino acid that increases the vitality of blood vessels and promotes their dilation. Watermelon is therefore an ally of the vascular system!

What ingredients are used?
- ½ lime
- 500 g watermelon
- 330mL coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
What are the preparation stages?
Step 1
Remove the rind from the watermelon, then cut the flesh into cubes, removing the seeds. Squeeze half a lime.
Step 2
Place the watermelon pieces in a blender, add the lemon juice, honey and coconut milk and blend until smooth. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Set in an ice-cream maker for 20-30 minutes. Shape into sorbet balls, divide into bowls, garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve.
