CRANBERRY EXTRACT

CRANBERRY EXTRACT

ANTIBACTERIAL⎪ ANTIOXIDANT

The cranberry berry is a fruit native to North America, known for its many virtues and tangy taste. These bright red berries naturally contain polyphenols known as proanthocyanidins (PACs). Cranberries help to prevent urinary tract infections by limiting bacterial proliferation in the intimate flora. PACs limit the adhesion of germs to the urinary tract and inhibit the growth of certain bacteria, in particular Escherichia coli, one of the most common causes of urinary tract infections.

Cranberries are also rich in antioxidants, which help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Cranberry extract can act synergistically with probiotics by providing antioxidants and beneficial compounds, helping to support the growth and stability of probiotics.

Cranberry extract is therefore an essential active ingredient in the fight against intimate discomfort.

In [MY] Essentiels intimate & intestinal flora, cranberry titrated to 36 mg PACs helps prevent urinary tract infections and promotes intimate comfort. By providing 36 mg PACs/day, the adhesion of bacteria to the bladder walls is reduced. (1)

ITS BENEFITS:

  • Reduces the risk of urinary tract infections by limiting bacterial proliferation.
  • Helps to balance intimate flora.
