A COCKTAIL OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS
This smoothie is a real cocktail of benefits for our body. Rich in iron, it is also rich in calcium and vitamins K, A & C. These minerals are essential to the proper functioning of the immune system, intellectual performance (concentration) and the growth of bones and tissues. A healthy, tasty and good for the health drink!
INGREDIENTS
- 70 g of green vegetables of your choice (kale, spinach…)
- ½ lime
- ¼ of an avocado
- 30 g unsweetened nut flakes
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 375 ml of water
PREPARATION
Wash everything, remove the skin and blend for about 2 minutes according to your preference.
