INGREDIENTS :
4 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 egg
90 g almond powder
100 g rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
90 g dark chocolate
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the solid ingredients: almond powder, rolled oats, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the wet ingredients: egg, coconut oil and maple syrup.
STEP 2
Mix all ingredients well.
Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and add to the mixture.
Place small balls of dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
STEP 3
Flatten the dough balls slightly and add a few extra chocolate chips on top.
Place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Leave the cookies to cool, then enjoy them while still warm.
