[MY] Dry Brush is a wooden skin-stimulating tool designed to support the body's natural elimination mechanisms. Through gentle mechanical action, it activates microcirculation and supports lymphatic drainage, two key functions for reducing stagnation, water retention, and swelling.

The lymphatic system plays a central role in eliminating metabolic waste and maintaining immune balance. Unlike the circulatory system, it does not have a dedicated pump: its circulation depends largely on movement and mechanical stimulation. Dry brushing thus helps to boost this lymphatic circulation, particularly in areas where it is naturally slower.

In women, certain hormonal fluctuations (menstrual cycle, premenstrual phase, perimenopause) can accentuate water retention, the feeling of heavy legs, or loss of skin tone. By incorporating dry brushing into a regular routine, it is possible to support these lymphatic drainage functions and assist the body through its phases of hormonal variation, without directly affecting the hormones.

Beyond drainage, skin stimulation also promotes tissue oxygenation and skin renewal, leaving it smoother, more toned, and more receptive to subsequent skincare products. This technique is part of a holistic approach to body well-being, respecting physiological and hormonal rhythms.

As a bonus? Toned, firmer and softer skin.

Use the brush on dry skin, with slow, steady movements, starting from the extremities and moving towards the center. Adjust the pressure according to your skin's sensitivity and focus on areas prone to stagnation. Practice for 5 to 10 minutes, 2 to 4 times a week, then follow with a warm shower and the application of a product such as [MY] Body Serum.

Compatible withall skin types, excluding damaged skin.
