[MY]Gentle Facial Massage Brush is a skin and tissue stimulation tool designed to support the face's natural elimination mechanisms. Through a gentle, directional mechanical action, it activates microcirculation, stimulates superficial fascia, and supports facial lymphatic drainage—three key factors to release tension, limit water retention, and reduce facial puffiness.

The lymphatic system and the fascial matrix play a central role in eliminating metabolic waste and maintaining skin firmness. Fascia, the connective network that wraps around facial structures, requires mechanical stimulation to retain its elasticity and promote fluid circulation. Unlike the circulatory system, lymphatic circulation has no dedicated pump and relies on movement: gentle brushing helps release micro-tensions in the fascia and reactivate sluggish circulation, particularly in critical areas (dark circles, eye bags, eye contour) where it is naturally slower.

In women, certain hormonal fluctuations (menstrual cycle, premenstrual phase, perimenopause, and menopause) can accentuate facial water retention, dark circles, or loss of skin tone. Incorporating this ritual into your daily routine (ideally in the morning) helps support drainage functions, restore elasticity to the fascia, and support the body through hormonal variations—without acting directly on hormones.

Beyond drainage, mechanical work on the fascia and tissues promotes oxygenation, eases areas of tension, and stimulates cellular renewal, leaving the skin smoother, more toned, and more receptive to subsequent skincare products. It is a preventive and regulating ritual rooted in a holistic approach to facial well-being that respects physiological rhythms.

Preparation

Cleanse your skin: Always start on a clean, makeup-free face.
Apply product: Never use your brush on dry skin. Generously apply your usual facial oil, balm, or moisturizer. The brush should glide without ever pulling or tugging at the skin.

The Technique
Always use gentle movements, working from the center of the face outward, then move down along the neck to direct fluids toward the lymph nodes.

Neck & Décolleté (drainage zone)
Use slow, downward strokes from the bottom of the ears down to the collarbones. Repeat 3 to 5 times on each side.
Jawline & Chin
Start at the center of the chin and sweep along the jawline up to the earlobe. Repeat 3 to 5 times.
Cheeks
Glide gently from the sides of the nose toward the temples, following the curve of your cheekbones. Repeat 3 to 5 times.
Outer Eye Area
Ultra-light pressure! Start from the inner corner of the eye and smooth outward toward the temples. Repeat 3 times.
Forehead
Use smoothing strokes from the center of the forehead toward the temples, then from the bottom of the forehead up to the hairline. Repeat 3 to 5 times.

Pro Tips

The pressure: The lymphatic fluid sits just beneath the skin. Very light pressure is enough! No need to press hard: the gesture should remain relaxing and pleasant.
Frequency: 3 to 5 minutes a day, ideally in the morning to start the day depuffed and awaken your complexion.
De-puffing tip: For an enhanced de-puffing effect (especially on dark circles and bags), place your brush in the refrigerator for a few minutes before use.

Care & Hygiene
To extend the lifespan of your brush and prevent bacterial growth:
• Rinse the brush with warm water and mild soap after each use.
• Shake off excess water gently and let it air-dry in a dry place (avoid leaving it wet in the shower).
• Do not share it: it is a personal hygiene tool!

Precautions for use: Avoid using the brush on broken skin, severe active acne flare-ups, sunburns, or dermatological lesions.

Avoid using the brush on broken skin, severe active acne flare-ups, sunburns, or dermatological lesions.

For optimal comfort and gentle fascia work, we recommend performing your massage on clean skin, pre-nourished with a suitable skincare product. Our [MY] Regenerating Oil or [MY] Unifying Pro-Collagen Balm are particularly recommended: they allow the brush to glide seamlessly across the skin without pulling or tugging, while helping their botanical active ingredients penetrate deeply under the effect of the massage and reactivated microcirculation.

QUESTIONS?

WE HAVE THE ANSWERS

More information in the Help Center .

Is the brush suitable for all skin types?

Yes, it is suitable for most skin types. However, it is not recommended for use on irritated, damaged, or very sensitive skin, or on skin with skin conditions. It is recommended that you adjust the pressure according to your skin’s sensitivity.

When during the day should you use it?

The brush is best used in the morning, on clean, dry skin, for its stimulating and decongesting effects. It can also be used at other times of the day, depending on your personal preferences.

How long should a session last?

A session lasts an average of 3 to 5 minutes. There’s no need to make it any longer to feel the benefits. Consistency is more important than duration.

Should you apply a skincare product after brushing?

Yes, it is highly recommended to complete your routine by applying an oil, balm, or moisturizer to keep your skin comfortable and hydrated.

When will I see results?

With daily use, you’ll notice a reduction in dark circles and puffiness as early as the first week. For more visible and long-lasting results in terms of skin radiance and firmness, consistent use for at least 2–3 weeks is recommended.
