A salad rich in vitamins
Clementine salad with pistachio has many virtues, first of all the pistachio is a real source of vitamins thanks to the vitamins B1 and K contained. Vitamin B1 is involved in the functioning of all the muscles of the body and will facilitate digestion by stimulating the muscles of the digestive sphere. As for vitamin K, it plays an essential role in blood clotting and in the fortification of bones. INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilo of clementines
- 200 ml orange blossom water
- 2 tablespoons of acacia honey
- 1 bag of pistachios
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Peel the clementines and cut the slices to bring out the juice, set aside in a large bowl. Heat the orange blossom water and honey in a saucepan over medium heat.
STEP 2
Pour the warm mixture over the clementines. Crumble the pistachios on top at the last minute to keep the crunchiness. It will keep for 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator. Your clementine salad is ready!
