What ingredients are used?
- 2 pumpkins
- 1 kilo of carrots
- 1 block coconut milk
- 5 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 organic vegetable stock
- Optional: a few sliced red onions
What are the preparation stages?
Step 1
Sauté chopped onions in rapeseed oil.
Step 2
Cook the vegetable cubes in a sauté pan, covering them with water and vegetable stock.
Step 3
Cover and cook over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the coconut milk and use a purée press to reduce them to a soup.
Step 5
Season to taste with salt / pepper / curry / turmeric
