Preferably 3 tablets a day. 2 in the morning (away from caffeine if possible) and 1 in the evening, for 30 days. Or 2 in the evening, if your priority is to improve your sleep.

Recommended for 2 or 3 months. Then take a break and start again if you feel the need.

You can chew the tablet or cut it in half to swallow.

No, this is one of the only contraindications with children who are too young, as the active ingredients target the same receptors in part.

How long does it take for [MY] Serenity Essentials to affect my libido?

After two weeks, the 1st effects on mood, serenity and libido should be felt.

Why would combining different forms of magnesium be more effective?

Most women would be short of magnesium. However, all forms of magnesium have their advantages and disadvantages: we have chosen the three most bio-available and complementary forms of magnesium to avoid undesirable effects such as laxatives, while still allowing you to take magnesium over the long term.

How do I apply intimate gel? Should it be applied inside the vagina or just on the outside?
