Preferably 3 tablets a day. 2 in the morning (away from caffeine if possible) and 1 in the evening, for 30 days. Or 2 in the evening, if your priority is to improve your sleep.

Recommended for 2 or 3 months. Then take a break and start again if you feel the need.

You can chew the tablet or cut it in half to swallow.
