INGREDIENTS :
2 organic red beets
100 cl coconut milk
1/2 lime
A bunch of coriander
A few cashew nuts
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
STEP 1
In a blender, blend the cooked and peeled beet. Add coconut milk, lime juice and toasted sesame oil.
STEP 2
Pour velouté into ramekins or glasses
STEP 3
Add a few coriander leaves and the cashew nuts.
