Take 2 capsules a day with a full glass of water, away from meals. For best results, take 1 capsule in the morning/1 in the evening.
One box represents 30 days’ intake.
One month’s use is sufficient for optimum results. Then take a break for a few weeks to see how long the effects last, and resume when you feel the need.

[MY] Essential Intimate and Intestinal Flora is recommended for pregnant women, premenopausal women and all women who regularly suffer from intimate discomfort.
It contains probiotic strains combined with cranberry and inulin to help restore this balance by promoting the growth of good bacteria. By maintaining a healthy flora, it can help reduce common symptoms such as vaginal infections, urinary discomfort and digestive disorders.
Results depend on the individual woman and the state of her intimate flora. Most clinical trials show beneficial effects on bacterial vaginosis or mycosis after 30 days of treatment.
Mycosis can often be the result of unbalanced vaginal flora and/or dryness. Our dietary supplement helps restore the balance of the vaginal microbiota by limiting the growth of yeasts and increasing the population of “good” bacteria (pre- and probiotics). Combined with the Intimate Gel, it not only moisturizes the mucosa, but also balances pH and vaginal flora.
On the other hand, the supplement and intimate gel will have little effect on a mycosis that is already well established, other than to provide a little relief. It is advisable to use [MY] Essential Intimate and Intestinal Flora in anticipation of recurrent infections and as a relay to antibiotic or antifungal treatments, and to apply the intimate gel daily as a preventive measure to see if your episodes diminish.
Our dietary supplement combines PACS-titrated Cranberry and probiotic strains to combat the rise of bacteria responsible for urinary tract infections. It will have little effect on cystitis that is already well established, other than to provide a little relief. Above all, it will be highly effective in preventing recurrent infections. It is also advisable to use [MY] Essential intimate & intestinal flora in anticipation of recurrent cystitis and as a relay to antibiotic treatments.
Our gel is applied when the need arises. You apply a dab with the tip of your finger. In fact, you can apply it both inside and outside the vagina, as our gel can also be used as a lubricating gel.
Of course, our moisturizing and rebalancing intimate gel has a lubricating function and can be used during intercourse.
