[MY] INTIMATE MOISTURIZING BALANCING GEL 50 mL

Make sure your hands are clean and dry before application (preferably washed with soap).

Apply a dab when needed with fingertip. Apply as a moisturizer, internal lubricant and can also be applied to the vulva for relief.

For daily use (1 to 2 applications per 24 hours on average).

Take 4 tablets per day, preferably in the morning during breakfast (swallow or crush with the back of a spoon and mix with your drink as preferred). A pillbox represents 45 days of intake, to rebalance over a full cycle and feel more lasting effects.

You can start taking it at any time during your cycle, ideally at least 2 weeks before your period.
We recommend taking it for 3 months (2 to 3 full cycles) for optimal results. Then, pause for a few weeks to see how long the effects last and resume when needed.

Most testers feel the first positive effects in 10 to 15 days, sometimes it can take 20 days.

Precautions for use: food supplements should be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Follow recommended doses. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, or children under 12. Ask your doctor for advice if you are being treated.

Shake the bottle to homogenize all the active ingredients before applying a few drops to the hair roots on the affected areas.

Does it contain hormones or phytohormones and can there be risks with a history of hormone-dependent cancers?

There are no contraindications in terms of the risk of hormone-dependent cancers since there are no hormones or phytohormones contraindicated in our products as a precautionary principle.

Our plants have been carefully selected to be effective on serenity and good mood, emotional balance, sleep, and hormonal regulation, with the minimum of contraindications. We therefore avoid selecting plants rich in contraindicated phytohormones as a precautionary principle.

Can I combine taking your food supplements with vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D, zinc and magnesium?

No problem because [MY] Essentiels Equilibre Féminin is mainly based on adaptogenic plants, which will adapt to the specific needs of your body, and the doses of vitamins which act as co-factors allow you to combine doses with vitamin D and vitamin B6 or zinc supplements without risk of overdose.

Concerning magnesium, our supplement [MY] Essentiels Sérénité already provides 60% of magnesium intake, so reduce the dose of magnesium that you take alongside. On the other hand, avoid taking other plants together without seeking prior advice, because certain plants have antagonistic actions (which cancel each other out).

How do you apply intimate gel? Should we put it inside the vagina or just on the outside?

Our gel is applied when the need arises. Apply a small amount with your fingertip. Indeed, you can apply it inside and out, because our gel can also be used as a lubricating gel.

Can intimate gel soothe mycoses?

Mycoses can often be the consequence of unbalanced vaginal flora and/or established intimate dryness.
