[MY] ELIXIR DETOX, an elixir concentrated in plants (HTVE® Patent: High Technology Vegetal Extract) and zinc gluconate to stimulate detoxification and drainage of the body and promote clear, blemish-free skin and a radiant complexion. For adult women suffering from hormonal imperfections (often localized on the décolleté, neck, jawline and upper back), particularly in the week preceding menstruation. Ideal for all women suffering from estrogen dominance (tense breasts, bloating, water retention…).
[MY] WOMEN’S BALANCE ESSENTIALS, a dietary supplement specifically adapted to the female metabolism to alleviate the effects of stress, prevent oxidative damage and live better with our hormonal cycles (premenstrual syndrome, post partum, perimenopausis). [MY] Women’s Balance Essentials has been specially developed to help women cope with hormonal variations that cause emotional and physical imbalances (fatigue, mental fog), and to contribute to better hormonal regulation.

Shake the bottle well and pour 4 half-pipettes or 1 half-teaspoon a day into a basin of water, then store the bottle in a cool place. If the pipette gets blocked, run it under hot water.

Keep in the fridge after opening (1 month).

1 bottle for 15 days (best taken in the 15 days preceding menstruation, after overindulgence or during seasonal changes). We recommend not exceeding 1 month’s continuous use every 2/3 months.

Other supplements should preferably be taken 2/3 hours apart.

Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, under 16, or in cases of hypothyroidism or thyroid treatment.

Take 4 tablets a day, preferably in the morning with breakfast (swallow or crush with the back of a spoon and mix with your drink as preferred). One pill pack represents 45 days’ intake, so you can rebalance over a full cycle and experience longer-lasting effects.

You can start taking it at any time in your cycle, ideally at least 2 weeks before your period.
For best results, we recommend taking the product for 3 months (2 to 3 complete cycles). Then pause for a few weeks to see how long the effects last, and resume when you feel the need.

NB: start with the detoxifying elixir before taking the dietary supplement (avoid taking it at the same time).

Can I take the elixir at the same time as another food supplement?

No, it is better to take them one after the other. Generally speaking, it is not recommended to combine different plant-based food supplements.
In addition, by only taking one food supplement at a time, you will be better able to assess what makes you feel good. For example, we recommend starting with the clear skin detox elixir and then [MY] Essentiels Équilibre Féminin for a complete hormonal detox!

Does it contain hormones or phytohormones and can there be risks with a history of hormone-dependent cancers?

There are no contraindications in terms of the risk of hormone-dependent cancers since there are no hormones or phytohormones contraindicated in our products as a precautionary principle.

Our plants have been carefully selected to be effective on serenity and good mood, emotional balance, sleep, and hormonal regulation, with the minimum of contraindications. We therefore avoid selecting plants rich in contraindicated phytohormones as a precautionary principle.

Are there any contraindications?

Yes, in case of thyroid problems, this product is contraindicated. It is also not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and those under 16 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. To be consumed as part of a balanced diet.

Can I combine taking your food supplements with vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D, zinc and magnesium?

No problem because [MY] Essentiels Equilibre Féminin is mainly based on adaptogenic plants, which will adapt to the specific needs of your body, and the doses of vitamins which act as co-factors allow you to combine doses with vitamin D and vitamin B6 or zinc supplements without risk of overdose.

Concerning magnesium, our supplement [MY] Essentiels Sérénité already provides 60% of magnesium intake, so reduce the dose of magnesium that you take alongside. On the other hand, avoid taking other plants together without seeking prior advice, because certain plants have antagonistic actions (which cancel each other out).

How long does it take to feel the first effects of the detox elixir?

The effects should be felt within a few days (skin, digestion, etc.). Sometimes, a rebound effect can occur (release of pimples after a few days of use) to better promote clear skin afterwards.

If after 15 days of taking it, you still have spots and a dull complexion, what do you do?

In certain cases, the body needs a longer detox, you can take a bottle for 15 days. On the other hand, it is not recommended to take it for more than a month.
