Take 4 tablets a day, preferably in the morning with breakfast (swallow or crush with the back of a spoon and mix with your drink as preferred).

One pill pack represents 45 days’ intake, so you can rebalance over a full cycle and experience longer-lasting effects.

You can start taking it at any time in your cycle, ideally at least 2 weeks before your period.

There are no contraindications in terms of risks of hormone-dependent cancers since there are neither hormones nor risky phytohormones in our products by precautionary principle.
