Shake the bottle well and pour 4 half-pipettes or 1 half-teaspoon a day into a basin of water, then store the bottle in a cool place. If the pipette gets blocked, run it under hot water.

Keep in the fridge after opening (1 month).

1 bottle for 15 days (best taken in the 15 days preceding menstruation, after overindulgence or during seasonal changes). We recommend not exceeding 1 month’s continuous use every 2/3 months.

Other supplements should preferably be taken 2/3 hours apart.

Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, under 16, or in cases of hypothyroidism or thyroid treatment.

Take 4 tablets a day, preferably in the morning with breakfast (swallow or crush with the back of a spoon and mix with your drink as preferred). One pill pack represents 45 days’ intake, so you can rebalance over a full cycle and experience longer-lasting effects.

You can start taking it at any time in your cycle, ideally at least 2 weeks before your period.
For best results, we recommend taking the product for 3 months (2 to 3 complete cycles). Then pause for a few weeks to see how long the effects last, and resume when you feel the need.

Questions and answers

Can I take the elixir at the same time as another dietary supplement?

No, it’s better to take them one after the other. Generally speaking, it’s not advisable to take different herbal supplements at the same time.

What’s more, by taking just one supplement at a time, you’ll be in a better position to assess what’s good for you. For example, we recommend starting with the detox elixir and then [MY] Women’s Balance Essentials for a complete hormonal detox!

Does [MY] Women's Balance Essentials contain hormones or phytohormones, and are there any risks if I have a history of hormone-dependent cancers?

There are no contraindications with regard to the risk of hormone-dependent cancers, since our products contain neither hormones nor risky phytohormones, as a precautionary measure.

Our plants have been carefully selected to be effective on serenity and good mood, emotional balance, sleep and hormone regulation, with the minimum of contraindications. We have therefore avoided selecting plants rich in risky phytohormones as a precautionary measure.

Can I combine [MY] Women's Balance Essentials with vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D, zinc and magnesium?

No problem, because our supplement is mainly based on adaptogenic plants, which adapt to your body’s specific needs. And the doses of vitamins acting as co-factors mean you can take vitamin D and magnesium vitamin B6 supplements without any risk of overdosing. On the other hand, avoid combining with other herbs.

Are there any contraindications to [MY] Elixir detox?

Yes, if you have thyroid problems, this product is contraindicated. It is also not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, or for children under 16. Keep out of reach of children. Consume as part of a balanced diet.

How long does it take to feel the first effects of the detox elixir?

The effects should be felt within a few days (skin, digestion…). Sometimes, a rebound effect may occur (pimples coming out after a few days’ use), to promote clearer skin afterwards.

If, after 15 days of use, I still have pimples and a blurred complexion, what should I do?

In some cases, if the body needs a longer detox, you can take another bottle of elixir for 15 days. However, it is not recommended to take it for more than a month.
