Massage sensitive areas for a few moments (repeat 2 to 3 times a day during periods of discomfort if needed), and/or as a preventative measure 5 to 10 days before your period.

Take 4 tablets per day, preferably in the morning during breakfast (swallow or crush with the back of a spoon and mix with your drink according to your preference).

One pillbox represents 45 days of intake, to rebalance over a complete cycle and feel more lasting effects.

You can start taking it at any time during your cycle, ideally at least 2 weeks before your period.
We recommend taking it for 3 months (2 to 3 complete cycles) for optimal results.

Then, take a break for a few weeks to see how long the effects last and resume when the need arises.

Does it contain hormones or phytohormones and can there be risks with a history of hormone-dependent cancers?

There are no contraindications in terms of the risk of hormone-dependent cancers since there are no hormones or phytohormones contraindicated in our products as a precautionary principle.

Our plants have been carefully selected to be effective on serenity and good mood, emotional balance, sleep, and hormonal regulation, with the minimum of contraindications. We therefore avoid selecting plants rich in contraindicated phytohormones as a precautionary principle.

Can I combine taking your food supplements with vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D, zinc and magnesium?

No problem because [MY] Essentiels Equilibre Féminin is mainly based on adaptogenic plants, which will adapt to the specific needs of your body, and the doses of vitamins which act as co-factors allow you to combine doses with vitamin D and vitamin B6 or zinc supplements without risk of overdose.

Concerning magnesium, our supplement [MY] Essentiels Sérénité already provides 60% of magnesium intake, so reduce the dose of magnesium that you take alongside. On the other hand, avoid taking other plants together without seeking prior advice, because certain plants have antagonistic actions (which cancel each other out).
