INGREDIENTS :

100 g yogurt
3 eggs
1 tbsp honey (to taste)
30 g olive oil
2 organic lemons (zest + juice)
100 g almond powder
130 g flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)



Step 1

Preheat oven to 175° . Mix the yogurt, eggs and oil in a bowl. Squeeze the juice of the two lemons and add to the mixture .


Step 2

Then add the dry ingredients, lemon zest and poppy seeds and mix well.


STEP 3

Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake for approx. 40min.

Cool on a wire rack.
